At Watches Galleria, we value efficiency and aim to ship your orders within 1–2 hours of placement. For this reason, cancellations must follow the guidelines below.

 

⏳ Cancellation Window

  • Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of placement, provided they have not yet been dispatched.
  • After this timeframe, cancellation is not possible as your order will already be in the dispatch process.


💵 COD (Cash on Delivery) Orders

  • A partial advance payment of PKR 1,000 or above is required to confirm all COD orders.
  • If the customer refuses or fails to accept the parcel after multiple delivery attempts, the advance amount will be strictly non-refundable.
  • This policy ensures serious bookings and prevents courier and handling losses.


💳 Prepaid / Online Orders

  • For prepaid orders (Bank Transfer / Card):
    • If the customer cancels within 1 hour, a 5% transaction fee and 5% cancellation charge will be deducted.

  • The remaining balance will be refunded to the customer’s bank account within the standard processing timeline.

 

🚚 Shipped Orders

  • Once an order has been handed over to the courier, it becomes non-cancellable.
  • If a cancellation is still requested after dispatch, a 5% transaction fee and 10% cancellation charge will be deducted before the refund is processed.
  • Customers may instead refer to our Returns & Exchange Policy for post-delivery issues.


🏬 Cancellations by Watches Galleria

We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion due to:

  • Stock or inventory issues
  • Quality control concerns
  • Pricing discrepancies
  • Failed/declined payments
    In such cases, customers will be informed immediately and a full refund will be issued where applicable.
