Warranty Coverage
Each watch purchased from Watches Galleria is accompanied by either a 6-month or a 1-year international warranty, depending on the brand. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in the movement, hands, or dial under normal use.
To make ownership effortless, Watches Galleria assists clients in Pakistan with the process of claiming international warranty directly with the manufacturer’s authorized service centers.
Exclusions
The warranty does not apply to:
- Normal wear and tear.
- Accidental damage or misuse.
- Water damage (unless explicitly certified as water resistant).
- Batteries, straps, bracelets, clasps, or cosmetic components.
- Repairs or alterations carried out by unauthorized service providers.
Warranty Assistance
To request service, please provide:
- Your original purchase receipt from Watches Galleria.
- Warranty card (if applicable).
- A description of the issue experienced.
Our team will guide you through the process. Please note that shipping and handling charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Warranty booklets, if provided, are not substitutes for the official warranty card. Watches Galleria shall not be held liable for incidental or consequential damages resulting from misuse, accidents, or unauthorized servicing.
