Return & Exchange Policy

At Watches Galleria, we deliver only 100% original watches with strict quality checks before dispatch. However, if you encounter an issue, our return and exchange policy is designed to support you while ensuring fairness.


Eligibility for Return & Exchange:


• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• Only applicable in case of a:
• Manufacturing defect
• Technical issue
• Wrong item received
• Change of mind is not applicable for refunds or exchanges.
To qualify, the product must be:
• In brand-new, unused condition
• In its original packaging, undamaged, with all manuals, accessories, and tags intact (if provided)
• Accompanied by the original invoice/proof of purchase


Non-Eligible Returns

We reserve the right to decline returns if:
• The product shows signs of wear or misuse
• Invoice, tags, manuals, box, accessories, or protective films are missing
• The watch or packaging is damaged
• Items are on sale/discount or marked as special items


Return Procedure


• Customers must contact our support team first within 7 days of delivery to request a return or exchange.
• Original invoice must be included with the return package.
• Items returned without prior approval or without invoice will not be accepted.
• Returns must be shipped via insured courier services (TCS, Leopards, M&P, or Pakistan Post) with a valid tracking number.
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Watches Galleria is not liable for lost or damaged return shipments.


Refunds


• Refunds are issued only for defective or wrong items after inspection and approval.
• Shipping and cash handling charges are non-refundable.
• Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after approval.
• Refunds are made via the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit.


Exchanges


• Exchange requests are processed within 2–3 working days after we receive and approve the returned item.
• Customers only need to pay delivery charges for the exchanged item.
• To request an exchange, write your desired replacement article and reason for exchange on the back of your invoice before returning.


Important Notes


• Products must be securely packed (preferably in original packaging + protective bag) to avoid damage during return transit.
• Some products may fall under a limited return policy (e.g., special editions, discounted items).
