Welcome to Watches Galleria. By accessing or purchasing from our website or social media platforms, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. Parties
In these Terms:
• “Client,” “You,” “Your” refers to the customer purchasing from Watches Galleria.
• “Company,” “We,” “Our,” “Us” refers to Watches Galleria.
• “Parties” refers to both the Client and the Company.
These terms apply to all purchases and interactions with Watches Galleria, in accordance with the laws of Pakistan.

2. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
• Customers must place their order through our website.
• After placing the order, the customer is required to send a screenshot of the order confirmation to Watches Galleria via WhatsApp or email.
• A small advance payment (PKR 500–1000, depending on delivery charges) is mandatory for all COD orders. The remaining balance will be payable upon delivery.
• Orders will only be processed after both the screenshot and the advance payment are received.
• Watches Galleria reserves the right to deny COD for incomplete addresses, incorrect details, or areas not covered under COD service.
• In case of customer cancellation after confirmation, the advance payment is non-refundable.

3. Bank Transfer Orders
• Customers may complete payment via bank transfer.
• Payment details will be shared by Watches Galleria at the time of order.
• Customers are required to share the transfer receipt via WhatsApp or email for confirmation.
• Orders will be dispatched only after full payment is received.

4. Payments & Taxes
• All payments made via Cash on Delivery (COD) or Card Payment are subject to a 4% tax as per Government regulations.
• Prices displayed on the website are exclusive of this tax. The applicable tax will be added to the total order amount.
• Customers are responsible for paying any additional bank charges or service fees (if applicable).

5. Delivery
• Delivery timelines depend on product availability and courier service.
• Even if an item shows as “in stock,” availability is subject to final confirmation.
• Customers will be notified in case of unavailability or delays.
• Watches Galleria is not liable for courier delays or damage during transit.

6. Warranty
• Watches Galleria deals in 100% original watches only.
• Some watches come with a 6-month international warranty, while others come with a 1-year international warranty (as specified by the brand).
• Watches Galleria assists customers in claiming the warranty within Pakistan.
• Warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover:
• Normal wear & tear
• Accidental damage
• Water damage (unless stated as water-resistant)
• Battery replacement
• Straps, bracelets, or cosmetic damage

7. Returns & Exchanges
• Returns/exchanges are only applicable in case of a wrong product delivered or a verified manufacturing defect.
• Customers must report issues within 48 hours of delivery.
• Watches must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging for eligibility.
• Refunds (if approved) will be processed via bank transfer only, within 7–10 working days.
• Advance (delivery charges) is non-refundable in case of customer cancellation.

8. Intellectual Property Rights
• All content, logos, product images, watch photos, designs, and materials on Watches Galleria platforms are the exclusive property of Watches Galleria.
• No part of this content may be copied, reproduced, redistributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
• Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our content will be considered a violation of our rights, and Watches Galleria reserves the right to take strict legal action against the violator under applicable laws.

9. Limitation of Liability
• Watches Galleria shall not be held responsible for:
• Delays caused by courier services
• Misuse of products by customers
• Damages caused by mishandling after delivery
• Watches Galleria shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or services.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
